Copyright Policy

Wahid Studio, LLC d/b/a Brew Finder ("Company", "we", "us", and "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our website at brewfinder.io (the "Site") infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further detail):

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) for further detail). To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, including copyrights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are repeatedly infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

False Notifications

Please note that, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any misrepresentation of material fact (falsities) in a written notification automatically subjects the complaining party to liability for any damages, costs and attorney's fees incurred by us in connection with the written notification and allegation of copyright infringement.

User-Generated Content

Our Site allows users to submit content, including reviews, check-ins, cafe contributions, and other user-generated content. By submitting content to our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses for any copyrighted material included in your content

We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or violates our Terms of Service.

Procedure for Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to our Copyright Agent at legal@brewfinder.io with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include all of the information listed above in the "Reporting Copyright Infringement" section.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

1. Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. Notify the user who posted the content of the takedown
3. Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
4. Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

Procedure for Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by sending an email to our Copyright Agent at legal@brewfinder.io with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notification" and include all of the information listed above in the "Counter-Notification" section.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will:

1. Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
2. Inform the original complainant that we will restore the removed content within 10 business days unless they file a court action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity
3. Restore the removed content within 10-14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless we receive notice that a court action has been filed
